American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for an urgent travel contract requiring ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications with a minimum of 2 years of ER experience.

Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting treating both adult and pediatric patients

Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Level II or III trauma experience environment

8-week contract
-
Active TX RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand

Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (must be willing to obtain prior to start if not already held)

Minimum 2 years of ER experience in a comparable-sized facility

Level II or III trauma center experience required

Recent ER travel experience within the past 6–8 months preferred

2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including testing for marijuana and CBD products; a positive result results in automatic contract cancellation with no exceptions
