Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and underlying causes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in ABA.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of interventions.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to support client goals across home, school, and community settings.
- Perform patient assessments, maintain detailed medical documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for confidentiality.
- Facilitate intake assessments and support clients through the entire treatment process from initial evaluation to ongoing care management.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and behavioral psychological assessments.
- Experience conducting functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and functional analyses.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards.
- Home-based behavioral experience is highly valued, along with school experience supporting children with disabilities.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients’ families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Clinical supervision experience is preferred but not required; relevant training or certification will be considered an asset.

Pay: $52.00 - $60.00 per hour
