AdventHealth Tampa is hiring an experienced Antepartum / High-Risk OB RN to join our night shift team. If you’re passionate about caring for high-risk pregnancies and want to work in a supportive, mission-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Duties
- Provide specialized care for high-risk antepartum patients
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and diagnoses
- Administer medications and treatments safely, following established protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
Skills
- Strong clinical ability to work in a high-acuity or critical care environment
- Experience in Labor & Delivery, High-Risk Antepartum, or Women’s Services Preferred
- Proficiency in fetal monitoring and interpretation of fetal heart tracings
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and Microsoft-based systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills
Pay: $31.53 - $52.24 per hour
