As a Medical Assistant in Neurology, you'll play an essential role in supporting our provider, the team and ensuring every patient has an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories.
- Assist providers during exams and procedures.
- Administer injections and perform basic clinical testing.
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
- Coordinate referrals, prescription refills, and patient follow-up.
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and clinical supplies.
- Deliver excellent customer service to every patient.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification Required
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
