Front Desk Coordinator / Concierge

This role is ideal for someone with a concierge, luxury hospitality, hotel, private club, or high-end customer service background who enjoys building relationships and creating a welcoming environment.
What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm, personalized experience for every patient from check-in through checkout.

Answer high-volume incoming calls, schedule appointments, and efficiently direct patient inquiries.

Manage patient registration, scheduling, and documentation within the EMR system.

Enter patient and membership information into Salesforce and complete daily administrative tasks.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment while monitoring inventory and supplies.

Respond to medical hotline calls and escalate urgent patient concerns as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, hotels, private clubs, high-end fitness, or premium customer service environments strongly preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn EMR systems, Salesforce, and other technology platforms.

Experience handling high-volume phone calls and providing white-glove customer service is a plus.
Schedule:

Full-time (32+ hours/week)

Must be available to work both 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shifts

Four shifts per week.

Rotating weekends (approximately every other weekend).

Must be available to work six holidays per year (holiday pay at time-and-a-half).
