We are looking for a thorough Laundry Worker with excellent cleanliness standards to attend to all the needs of hotel laundry. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our linens, uniforms, and facilities in clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, and fold hotel linens, and towels to standard cleanliness within time limits.
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring all departments receive fresh laundry promptly.
- Create daily laundry logs and record all processed items and linen counts.
- Maintain laundry equipment, washers, and dryers in good working condition.
- Report on any equipment malfunctions, fabric damages, or linen shortages.
- Handle reasonable guest or staff requests regarding laundry services.
- Check stocking levels of laundry detergents, chemicals, and clean linens.
- Comply with health and safety regulations regarding chemical handling and company policies.
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs of laundry bundles repeatedly.
- Communicate effectively with housekeepers, front desk staff, and management.
- Handle specialized laundry work including stain removal and delicate fabric care.
Skills
- Proven working experience in a relevant field or commercial laundry setting.
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated during repetitive tasks.
- Helpful with a strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills to meet daily turnaround deadlines.
- Professionalism along with speed and high attention to detail.
Work Remotely

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
