Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This leadership role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, facilities management, and electrical systems, with the ability to manage a team effectively. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that all equipment and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards, minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all plant departments, ensuring timely and effective repairs.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Manage HVAC systems and other facilities-related equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Plan and execute projects related to equipment upgrades, repairs, or installations with strong project management skills.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and work orders.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.
Skills
- Proven management and supervising experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise, including experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics reading, and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools such as ohmmeters.
- Ability to manage projects effectively from initiation through completion.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles including safety protocols for high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and coordination across departments.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
