This position provides clinical leadership, supervises and supports nursing staff, conducts resident assessments and rounds, communicates with physicians and families, oversees care planning and documentation, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. The RN Unit Manager will also assist with staff training and scheduling, infection control, quality improvement initiatives, and emergency response.
The ideal candidate is a confident nursing leader with strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. Current New York State RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program required. Long-term care and supervisory experience preferred.
