Infinity Exteriors is currently seeking an experienced Window Installer / Carpenter to join our team at our Stevens Point office. We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, values customer service, and is capable of helping lead production operations in a growing company environment.
This position is responsible for overseeing and completing residential window and door installation projects while maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Measuring and ordering windows and installation materials
- Scheduling and coordinating production timelines
- Installing windows, doors, casing, jamb extensions, and related finish carpentry
- Bending metal and completing exterior finish work
- Recruiting, managing, and supporting installation crews
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule
- Communicating with homeowners and team members throughout the installation process
Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous experience in window and door installation or finish carpentry
- Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews efficiently
- A valid driver’s license and dependable work ethic
Compensation and Benefits:
- $65,000+ annual compensation with bonus opportunities
