A well-established real estate organization is seeking an Analyst / Senior Analyst to support executive, board, and investor-level reporting tied to portfolio performance.
This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of financial analysis, reporting, real estate data, and business insight. The position will help transform leasing, occupancy, rent roll, and development data into clear, actionable reporting used by senior leadership and investors to understand performance across the portfolio.
Title and level will be determined based on experience, technical ability, and demonstrated strength in analysis, reporting, and cross-functional partnership.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will prepare and maintain recurring dashboards, investor reporting packages, portfolio occupancy reports, quarterly presentations, and ad hoc analysis for senior management and investors.
You will analyze trends across occupancy, leasing activity, tenant mix, rent roll variances, and development activity, then translate that information into clear reporting and presentation materials. This position will also partner closely with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support consistent reporting across executive and investor deliverables.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Preparing recurring portfolio reporting packages and dashboards

- Using Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting tools to support analysis
- Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality
