Job Description:
The Registered Behavior Technician or Intern will work under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy working with clients on individual learning skills and behavior. The Behavior Technician Intern will work with clients on behavior management and assist in the implementation of the principles of ABA therapy. The Registered Behavior Technician or Intern will work in various settings.
Job Duties Include:
- Provide 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
- Collect and graph session data, implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Timely submission of bi-monthly required documentation.
- Communicate problematic clinical issues with respective supervisor.
- Collaborate with colleagues on shared cases on a regular basis.
- Write session notes within 24 hours of services rendered.
Job Type: Part-time
Proposed Schedule:
- Mon - Fri from 2pm-3:30pm
Pay: $17.00 - $30 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Behavior Technician certification or High school Diploma with prior experience working with children
- Psychology, Behavioral science Majors / College classes in special education, psychology, or behavioral sciences.
- Must have a valid driver's license, be able to safely drive on major roadways and have personal transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work alone while maintaining a sense of teamwork
- Ability to maintain a safe environment for students and staff
- Must have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently
