Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to clients, creating a calming atmosphere where they feel pampered and at ease.
- Offer guidance on our diverse treatments, including IV therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression therapy, while recommending additional services to enhance their experience.
- Monitor patient vitals to ensure safety and comfort during treatments.
- Create and administer personalized IV infusions tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide expert care while starting and maintaining IV access, ensuring clients’ comfort throughout their infusion.
- Safely perform IM injections and blood draws for weight loss and hormone therapy clients.
- Offer house calls for clients in need of at-home treatments.
- Communicate the benefits of our therapies and help clients understand how to enhance their wellness.
- Collaborate with management on inventory needs and treatment plans.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring everyone leaves feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and cared for.
What We’re Looking For:
- A solid clinical background with experience in starting IVs. Must be a "good stick"!
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to connect with clients and make them feel comfortable and valued.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail, ensuring that every treatment is handled with precision and care.
- A compassionate nature with a commitment to respecting patient confidentiality.
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- License/Certification: RN and BLS Certification (required)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in nursing (preferred)
Job Details:
- Job Type: Per Diem
- Pay: $35-$40/hour + tips (based on customer experiences)
- Expected Hours: PRN (Schedule based on availability; monthly schedule)
- Location: In-Person at our Store and/or Off-site events
