Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight to designated locations.
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Maintain communication with dispatch.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Secure cargo properly to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Provide professional customer service.
Requirements
- Own a 26’ box truck.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Active DOT Authority (preferred but not required depending on operation).
- Clean driving record.
- Valid insurance coverage.
- Smartphone with GPS capability.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous delivery or logistics experience.
- Experience using load boards.
- Ability to operate liftgate and pallet jack.
- Knowledge of regional and local routes.
