Operations & Customer Success Coordinator (Part-Time)
PACT Containers is a growing shipping container sales, rental, and transportation company serving customers throughout Ohio and the Midwest. We're looking for an organized, customer-focused individual to become the first point of contact for our customers and help support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails
- Prepare sales and rental quotes
- Follow up on customer inquiries
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Update customer information in our CRM
- Send invoices, contracts, and supporting documents
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Administrative, customer service, sales support, or logistics experience preferred
No shipping container experience is required - we'll train the right person.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience
- Approximately 20 to 30 hours per week
- Monday–Friday during normal business hours
- Paid training
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time Operations Coordinator role
After successfully completing a 90-day introductory period, you'll become eligible for a quarterly performance bonus based on the value of closed sales resulting from quotes you prepare and manage.
