MASTER AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

We're looking for an experienced Master Technician to join our growing team in Saint Paul. If diagnostics are your thing, you can fix what everyone else gives up on and you take pride in doing the job right the first time, we'd like to talk.
This position is ideal for a technician who wants consistent work, modern equipment, strong support from management and the opportunity to earn what they're worth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns, including drivability, electrical, engine and transmission issues
- Perform maintenance and repair services to factory standards
- Use advanced diagnostic equipment and service information to efficiently identify and solve problems
- Mentor and assist fellow technicians when needed
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Deliver repairs that build customer trust and confidence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair vehicles
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- ASE certifications are a plus, but proven ability matters most
