Job Title: Educate to Recognize (EtR) Coordinator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with occasional evening or weekend events)
Pay & Benefits: $60,000 annually, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, after 30 days; 5 sick days and 5 vacation days (increases with tenure)
Position Overview
The Educate to Recognize (EtR) Coordinator provides direct administrative and logistical support to the Director of Educate to Recognize in the planning, coordination, and execution of all prevention and education initiatives.
This role is responsible for organizing speaking engagements, coordinating facility tours, tracking program data, managing communication with schools and partners, and ensuring smooth operations across all EtR trainings and educational experiences.
The EtR Coordinator plays an important role in helping community members, schools, churches, and partners engage with the mission of NAHT through education and on-site experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about prevention education that empowers communities to identify and stop human trafficking before it starts.
NAHT manages daily operations through a “Problem, Solution, Success” model, ensuring that challenges are met with proactive solutions and measurable outcomes that further the mission.
This position includes a structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day review process to ensure mutual alignment, professional development, and long-term success for both the employee and the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Scheduling Support
· Serve as primary administrative support to the Director of EtR.
· Manage EtR presentation scheduling through the official booking system (Typeform or LGL).
· Maintain the EtR speaking calendar, ensuring no scheduling overlaps or gaps.
· Prepare folders, resource packets, and presentation materials for each engagement.
· Coordinate logistics for speaking events (travel, equipment, signage, volunteer support).
· Track and confirm all scheduled EtR trainings with hosts and venues.
Facility Tour Coordination
· Serve as the central coordinator for tours of the NAHT facility.
· Schedule tours for schools, community partners, churches, donors, and guests.
· Coordinate tour schedules across departments including:
o Rescue
o Restore
o Sweet Daisy
o Operations
· Ensure departments are notified and prepared for upcoming tours.
· Prepare tour materials, guest information, and hospitality arrangements.
· Maintain a tour calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts with program operations.
· Track tour attendance and follow-up opportunities for partnership and engagement.
Data & Reporting
· Maintain accurate data in Little Green Light (LGL) for all EtR activities, partners, and participants.
· Track and compile monthly metrics including:
o Presentations completed
o Participants reached
o Schools engaged
o Community partnerships formed
o Facility tours conducted
· Support grant and donor reporting with program data and stories of impact.
· Ensure attendance sheets, sign-in forms, and follow-up documentation are recorded and filed correctly.
Communication & Coordination
· Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, churches, community partners, and organizations booking EtR trainings or tours.
· Send confirmation emails, reminders, and thank-you follow-ups for every presentation and tour.
· Support the development of new school and community partnerships under the direction of the Director.
· Coordinate with Marketing and Development teams to share EtR stories and impact updates.
· Maintain confidentiality and represent NAHT’s mission with professionalism and grace.
Program Support
· Assist in preparation of PowerPoints, handouts, and media resources for presentations.
· Support volunteer coordination for EtR events and school engagements.
· Track participant feedback forms and share insights for program improvement.
· Maintain an updated inventory of EtR materials and promotional supplies.
· Support data entry and analytics for ongoing program evaluation and growth.

Qualifications
· Strong alignment with NAHT’s mission and statement of faith.
· 2+ years of administrative, program coordination, or office management experience (nonprofit experience preferred).
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with CRM systems (Little Green Light or similar) preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solutions-focused.
Preferred Skills
· Experience in event coordination or community education.
· Basic data tracking or reporting experience.
· Comfort with public communication and interdepartmental coordination.
· Familiarity with scheduling systems, online forms, and presentation tools (Canva, PowerPoint).
Schedule & Benefits
· Full-time, onsite position (40+ hours per week)
· Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
· 1-hour lunch break daily
· Occasional evening or weekend hours for EtR presentations, tours, or community events
