As the Senior Manager, E-Commerce Analytics, you are part of a dynamic team responsible for driving the analytical, operational, and reporting backbone of the E-Commerce business. This role owns sales forecasting, budgeting, performance reporting, and all E-Commerce demand planning and replenishment, using established in-house forecasting tools and systems. The role also delivers the analytics and reporting that inform business priorities for E-Commerce leadership and the account management team. The Senior Manager, E-Commerce Analytics role reports directly to the Director, E-Commerce.

What You Will Be Doing:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Develop and maintain retailer and channel analytics across omnichannel accounts (Amazon, Target.com, Walmart.com, Kohls.com, Wayfair, etc.) to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
● Conduct competitive analysis utilizing market data from third-party data partners to benchmark performance, monitor competitor pricing and assortment, and identify market share opportunities.
● Build and manage sales dashboards and executive reporting, delivering clear, accurate, and actionable updates to senior leadership.
● Lead pricing and promotional analysis to evaluate promotional effectiveness and inform pricing and promotional strategy across all digital accounts.
● Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting for the E-Commerce business, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning cycles.
● Drive all demand planning for the E-Commerce channel, including forecasting inventory needs across digital accounts, leveraging the company's established in-house forecasting tools and systems.
● Write and manage purchase orders to factories based on demand forecasts, with responsibility for replenishment and replenishment tracking from order placement through receipt.
● Track inventory, availability, and operational issues across digital accounts; project manage issue resolution by communicating and following up with the Distribution Center.
● Design and continuously improve processes, tools, and account-management workflows to increase team efficiency and accuracy.
● Translate data and analysis into clear priorities and recommended actions for account managers and the broader E-Commerce team.
● Manage projects cross-functionally with internal teams.
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING:
● Develop, automate, and maintain recurring sales, inventory, forecast, and replenishment reporting using the company's in-house tools, systems, and data sources.
● Identify and diagnose forecast variances, inventory and availability gaps, replenishment delays, and operational breakdowns, and recommend corrective action.
● Provide digital sales reporting, analysis, and status updates to upper management weekly.
● Monitor account performance weekly to identify emerging risks and opportunities and surface findings to E-Commerce leadership to inform prioritization.
● Evaluate ROAS and ACOS performance in collaboration with E-Commerce team members to inform promotional and advertising investment decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
● 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce analytics, sales planning, demand planning, and/or a related analytical role.
● Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
● Working knowledge of major retailer and e-tailer portals and data sources (Amazon Vendor Central, Wayfair Extranet, Walmart Item 360 / Luminate, Target POL, Kohls K-Link, etc.).
● Advanced knowledge of Excel required (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex modeling); experience with BI/dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) a plus.
● Experience querying and extracting data from databases to generate reports (SQL, Power Query, or similar tools) required.
● Experience with replenishment and purchase order management a plus.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
