Litigation Associate, Houston (2+ years)
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 Billables: 1900 | Hybrid
This Houston boutique is a small, partner-led team with a genuine trial culture, well over 100 jury trials and a similar number of appeals between them.
This firm is actually in court, arguing motions and trying cases rather than prepping for a trial that never happens. It's a strong fit for someone with a solid foundation who wants to keep building, or a more seasoned attorney who wants real autonomy over their own docket.
You'll be handling a general liability defense docket, including cases covering products liability, premises liability, high-exposure injury defense, professional liability, and business torts.
You'll be taking full ownership of cases, from discovery through trial.
Essential Experience
- Active bar license in Texas (or able to waive in)
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Trial or trial-adjacent experience preferred
