Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and coordinate logistics efforts to optimize efficiency. Your leadership will drive process improvements, ensure safety compliance, and foster a productive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse distribution processes, ensuring timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including supervisors and material handlers, to meet operational goals
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, safety standards, and materials handling procedures
- Coordinate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to streamline shipping schedules and freight movements
- Ensure compliance with Quality, OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Operate or oversee the operation of forklifts and other mechanical equipment for heavy lifting and materials handling
Experience
- At least 5 years proven experience in Food Product warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced food manufacturing and distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse distribution, and logistics operations
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is preferred
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations, e-commerce fulfillment processes, and 3PL logistics is highly desirable
- Previous experience in warehouse supervisor roles involving shipping & receiving, materials handling, and heavy lifting tasks
