We are a growing industrial staffing company seeking a sales-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our Roanoke, VA office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in B2B sales, wants leadership responsibility, and is motivated by unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do
- Spend 4–6 hours per day making B2B sales calls and building client relationships
- Prospect, close, and grow new business accounts
- Manage daily branch operations, staffing, and customer service
- Meet and exceed sales, margin, and performance goals
- Open the office at 5:30 a.m. to dispatch employees
- Resolve client issues and ensure high service levels
- Conduct job site visits and safety checks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales drive and work ethic
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting
- Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Leadership or management experience a plus (not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
