About Us
The Crossing Recovery is a growing Substance Use Disorder treatment program committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and clinically sound care to individuals seeking recovery. We are building a strong foundation for long-term success and are looking for an experienced, motivated, and mission-driven Program Director to help lead our program through this important growth stage.
Position Summary
The Program Director will provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day program operations, clinical coordination, compliance, staff supervision, documentation quality, program scheduling, and service delivery for our Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program.
This individual will work collaboratively with the Clinical Director to coordinate treatment services, support program development and implementation, conduct chart audits, and maintain compliance with DHCS, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Joint Commission, CARF where applicable, payroll requirements, company policies, and best practices in behavioral healthcare.
The Program Director is a member of the Senior Management Team and participates in strategic planning, policy and procedure development, program growth initiatives, and the creation of scalable systems to support long-term organizational success.
