The Opportunity
We are looking for a rockstar Office Manager / Operations Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Atlanta location. If you love a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, thrive on organization, and want to help build a business from the ground up, this is the role for you.
You will wear multiple hats—from mastering our workflows and managing finances to orchestrating field schedules and ensuring our customers get an unforgettable experience.
What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities):
Financial & Vendor Management
Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R), invoice tracking, and prepare daily bank deposits.

Reconcile sales software with QuickBooks Online to ensure perfect financial alignment.

Process team timesheets for payroll.

Negotiate pricing with glass fabricators and vendors to keep our margins sharp.

Customer Experience & Lead Management
Be the friendly, professional voice of our office—handling inbound phone calls and web leads.

Pre-screen incoming potential customers to match them with the right services.

Quote products over the phone and assist our field Estimators with follow-ups.

Operations & Logistics
Strategically schedule and dispatch our Installation Technicians for maximum daily efficiency.

Review order confirmations from glass fabricators for strict size, spec, and pricing accuracy.

Troubleshoot real-time issues from the field by collaborating with the GM, technicians, and vendors.

Streamline administrative procedures, establish intra-office protocols, and keep files organized.

Lead, mentor, and manage future Customer Service Representatives as our team expands.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in residential glass, construction, or home services administration (ordering, estimating, or project coordination) is highly preferred, but a stellar organizational track record goes a long way!
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; a 2 or 4-year college degree is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable navigating web-based scheduling tools. Experience with QuickBooks Online is a massive plus.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, a high level of empathy for customers, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass an initial background check and drug screening.
