Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care based on individualized Plans of Care
Monitor patient condition and report changes to the Director of Nursing
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams
Locations Available
Waupaca
Appleton and Fox Valley cities
Green Bay and surrounding areas
Requirements
Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
CPR certification and negative TB test
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
must have recent infusion nursing experience
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
Ability to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed
