Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Live-In Property Manager to oversee the operations of short-term rental propertie hands-on property management. As a live-in manager, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors, fostering a welcoming environment while managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. ONLY IN MONTHS MAY - SEPTEMBER. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will drive the success of our rental community, creating memorable experiences for guests and supporting property excellence.
Free accommodation for the whole year and necessary managing the property only in following months: may - september after that free of any responsibilities around the property but still having the the free accomodation.
Getting paid every month of may-september 2400$ per month for maintenance and managing. flexible hours
Primary Responsibilities
- Live on the property full-time (or nearly full-time). ONLY IN MONTHS MAY TO SEPTEMBER
- Be the first point of contact for emergencies.
- Walk the property daily to identify any issues.
- Ensure common areas, yard, and exterior remain clean and presentable.
- Take trash and recycling bins out on collection days and bring them back.
- Keep an eye on guests arriving and departing without invading their privacy.
- Report any property damage, rule violations, or suspicious activity.
- Coordinate access for maintenance workers, contractors, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, etc.
- Perform minor maintenance such as:
- Changing light bulbs
- Resetting breakers
- Replacing smoke detector batteries
- Tightening loose handles
- Touch-up painting
- Basic troubleshooting before calling a contractor
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, coffee, paper towels, etc.) if needed.
- Receive deliveries and packages.
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure they’re ready for guests.
- Keep an inventory of supplies and notify you when items need reordering.
Guest Support (Only When Necessary)
Since you would handle Airbnb messaging:
- Assist guests only if they need in-person help.
- Help if a smart lock malfunctions.
- Respond to emergencies such as water leaks or power outages.
- Help guests locate parking or the correct entrance if they’re confused.
Optional Paid Duties
These could be paid separately:
- Cleaning guest rooms between stays.
- Laundry (linens and towels).
- Deep cleaning.
- Snow removal
- Lawn care or gardening.
- Small repair project
Pay: $12,000.00 per year
