looking to hire a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property team. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, and able to handle day-to-day maintenance requests, apartment turns, and property repairs. The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified and have experience with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repairs, and general apartment maintenance. Responsibilities: Maintain and repair apartment units, common areas, and exterior property areas. Handle HVAC service calls, troubleshooting, repairs, and filter changes. Perform plumbing repairs such as leaks, toilets, faucets, drains, and water heaters. Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner. Assist with unit turns, make-readies, painting, cleaning, and minor repairs. Inspect property for maintenance issues and safety concerns. Communicate clearly with management and residents. Be available for occasional emergency maintenance calls when needed. Requirements: Must be HVAC certified. Must have plumbing repair experience. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently. Must have basic tools and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance work. Electrical, appliance repair, drywall, and painting experience is a plus.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
