Role Mission
We need someone who can take ownership of our GHL environment and the systems around it. Right now, our GHL setup needs a thorough audit, ongoing maintenance, and a real automation strategy behind it. You'll come in, figure out what's working and what isn't, fix it, and then build the automations that let us scale without adding manual work. You'll also keep WordPress healthy and help us think about how our tools connect. If you live and breathe GHL and you get energy from making messy systems clean, this is your role.

You're a systems person at heart. You see a clunky workflow and you can't help but want to fix it!
You probably are:
- Someone with deep, hands-on GHL experience. Not "I've used it," but "I've built and broken and rebuilt it."
- Comfortable auditing an existing setup and telling us the honest truth about its state.A strong automation thinker who maps a process before building it.
- Fluent with AI tools and already using them to work faster.
- Detail-oriented enough to handle systems that touch patient data with care.
- You probably are not the right fit if you need a fully documented system handed to you before you can start, or if you prefer to stay in one tool and avoid the connective tissue between them.
Responsibilities & Expectations
This role reports to Autumn, Director of Marketing. You'll work closely with Haley (COO) and Amber (CEO and founder) on priorities and systems decisions.
- GHL Ownership
- Audit our current GHL setup end to end and deliver a clear picture of its health.Own ongoing GHL maintenance, cleanup, and optimization.Build, test, and maintain automations, workflows, and pipelines in GHL.Keep our GHL data clean, organized, and reliable.WordPress & Web
- Maintain our WordPress site: updates, fixes, performance, and uptime.Handle small build and edit requests without breaking things.Automation & Systems Ops
- Map our key processes and find where automation removes manual work.Connect tools across the stack (GHL, ManyChat, Google Workspace, and others) so data flows cleanly.
- Document what you build so the rest of the team can use it.Flag risks, gaps, and single points of failure before they become problems.Data & Compliance
- Treat all systems that touch patient information with HIPAA and PHI constraints in mind.Build with privacy and security as a default, not an afterthought.
Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
- Deep, proven, hands-on GoHighLevel experience. This is the core of the role.Strong WordPress maintenance and editing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build real automations and workflows, not just simple triggers.
- Fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) used in real work.
- Healthcare or telehealth experience, with real awareness of HIPAA and PHI constraints.
- ManyChat experience.Google Workspace administration.Nice to Have
- Zapier or other integration tools.Charm EHR familiarity.Experience documenting systems and building SOPs.

We're hiring this role because our systems have outgrown a part-time, patchwork approach. We need one person who owns GHL and the automation layer around it so the rest of the team can move fast.
Clear communication is non-negotiable in this role. We don't currently hire in California or New York. You must be authorized to work in your country of residence.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
