About the Role
Primrose School of Four Points is a family-owned, franchise-operated school looking for a Preschool Teacher with a degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) and hands-on classroom experience. You'll lead a classroom using our proprietary Balanced Learning curriculum, delivered through a digital platform that handles lesson planning so you can focus on teaching.
We keep classrooms at low ratios and staffing on a predictable, fixed schedule — this is a role built for a teacher who wants to do serious, high-quality work without sacrificing work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Lead a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom for preschool-aged children
- Implement lesson plans (curriculum provided) and adapt them to individual student needs
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff to build a supportive classroom community
- Support each child's social, emotional, and academic development
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Development and Family Studies, or a related field
- 3+ years of preschool or early childhood classroom teaching experience
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
