Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist)

Happy Tails Veterinary Care is a modern, technology-driven veterinary practice opening in Doral, and we’re building an exceptional team from the ground up.
We’re looking for warm, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our front desk team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow in veterinary medicine — no prior experience required. We’ll provide full training.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine love for helping both pets and their people
- Smart, humble team players who take pride in doing things the right way
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology (we use modern practice management software)
- Social media savvy is a big plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly valued
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly face and voice of Happy Tails for our clients
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client check-in/check-out
- Support the clinical team and help keep the day running smoothly
- Build lasting relationships with our clients and their pets
