Brand Builders is seeking a reliable, professional Brand Ambassador to support Wealth Management seminars in Northern VA and MD.
This is a part-time, as-needed role perfect for someone looking to earn extra income with flexible weekday — early evening — availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up event spaces (classroom-style seating, materials, signage)
- Facilitate AV set up: laptops, projectors, etc.
- Greet guests and help maintain a professional, organized environment
- Support event flow and troubleshoot as needed
Qualifications
- Professional demeanor: business attire required (blazer is mandatory)
- Comfortable with technology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Finance or event experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Weekdays starting around 4:30 PM (events typically run until ~8:30 PM)
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday events
Event Locations Include:
Fairfax, Manassas, Sterling, South Riding, Alexandria, Purcellville (VA)
Rockville & Sandy Springs (MD)
