Art of Stone Gardening is a rapidly growing, customer-focused, and award-winning landscape and construction company. We offer complete landscape and hardscape installation services. Our service areas include Dawsonville, Gainesville, Dahlonega and areas further north.
We are seeking a responsible, part time, “Office Associate”, working up to 20 hours a week to manage our office in Dahlonega. This position will be responsible for the day-to day-office operations and communications with customers as well as marketing and social media tasks.
Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 5-year administrative experience preferably in the construction, landscaping and service industry. All qualified candidates will be considered. Hourly pay will depend on job experience and skills.

Primary responsibilities include:
Clerical
· Maintain all files, electronic and paperwork. Minimize paper documents as much as possible.
· Process mail and customers payments. Run errand and deposit checks.
· Manage office supplies and maintain a list of office repairs as equipment as needed.
· Create and update Word documents and Excel spreadsheets as needed.
· Assemble and maintain a ready supply of sales folder for the sales associate.
· Maintain office organized and tidy.
Customer Service:
· Promptly answer office and cellular phones. Checks messages to respond to the needs of customers. Follow up on all leads and customers’ calls.
· Effectively communicate with sales associates to pass on customers’ requests for appointments and questions about projects.
· Maintain a list of leads and preferred customers’ contact method.
· Ongoing communication with customers to keep them informed on the start day, status of the project and/or potential delays to meet the needs and expectations of customers. Communicate needs of customers to supervisor.
· After job completion, communicate with customers to ensure customers satisfaction.
Marketing:
· Maintain and organize company’s pictures and post on social media.
· Create and distribute Mailchimp newsletter monthly.
· Post blogs on social media and networks sites.
· Work on Worldpress website as needed to add content, photos and blogs.
· Respond to online reviews as needed.
