Onatru Foods is a fast-growing food e-commerce company looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Order Packer to join our small but growing team.
This is not a large corporate warehouse where everyone has one narrow responsibility. We are a hands-on operation, and everyone works together to get orders packed correctly and shipped on time. Most of the day will involve picking products, packing food orders, receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and preparing packages for shipment.
You will report directly to our Warehouse Director and work closely with company ownership and management. Because we are still growing, this position offers real visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to advance into a supervisor or assistant warehouse manager role.
We are looking for someone who wants more than just an average warehouse job. The right person will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in learning how a growing e-commerce food operation works.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer food orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare insulated, refrigerated, frozen, and dry-goods packages for shipment
- Use gel packs, dry ice, insulation, bubble wrap, and other packaging materials when required
- Review orders carefully to make sure the correct products and quantities are packed
- Receive incoming deliveries and verify products against invoices or purchase orders
- Stock shelves, refrigerators, and freezers while keeping inventory organized
- Rotate products properly and help monitor expiration dates and product condition
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup
- Perform quality-control checks before orders leave the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to management
- Communicate directly with the Warehouse Director, ownership, and management
- Help wherever needed during busy periods—it is an all-hands-on-deck environment
What We Are Looking For

- Comfortable working around refrigerated and frozen products
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift boxes and products weighing approximately 40–50 pounds
- Basic math, counting, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with a small team
- Warehouse, packing, shipping, receiving, food distribution, or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required
