Inside Sales Project Manager
We’re partnered with a specialized design and manufacturing company that is growing and looking to add an Inside Sales Project Manager to their team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in both sales and project coordination, working closely with designers, contractors, and clients to bring custom projects to life across the U.S. and Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and manage detailed project quotes
- Track projects from initial request through production and completion
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and distributors on timelines and updates
- Support the sales process and help close new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams and aquatic design professionals
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Attend annual trade shows (limited travel required)
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Experience in inside sales, project coordination, or construction-related roles
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (PDF/AutoCAD; editing is a plus)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
