Find Top Talent:
Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms to find the right people for roles across departments like Sales, Engineering, Operations, and more. Build relationships with potential candidates and create a strong talent pipeline.
Lead the Recruitment Process:
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, from first contact to offer. Keep candidates and hiring teams updated to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
Partner with managers to understand their hiring needs, provide insights on the talent market, and offer recommendations on recruitment strategies. Help craft interview questions and streamline the interview process.
