As a Team Member, you’ll represent trusted wireless solutions in the community, educate customers on available service options, and guide qualified individuals through the enrollment process.

Team Member Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers in person to introduce wireless products and service options that best fit their needs.
- Walk qualified individuals through the enrollment process while ensuring all required information is completed accurately and professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality when collecting customer information and follow all program guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and solution-oriented service during every interaction.
- Participate in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
- Meet individual and team performance goals by delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining accurate enrollment records.
- Stay informed on new promotions, wireless offerings, and program updates to confidently answer customer questions.
Team Member Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working directly with people.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, community outreach, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused environment is helpful but not required.
- Comfortable explaining products, answering questions, and helping customers make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately complete forms and follow established compliance procedures.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Adaptable and able to quickly learn new products, processes, and technology while maintaining a positive attitude.

Projected Total Compensation: $900.00 - $1,450.00 per week
