We are seeking a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Part-Time Bartender to join our boutique bar team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service with warmth and confidence. MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, & SUNDAYS.
The Bartender is responsible for providing a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You will prepare drinks accurately and efficiently, engage guests with enthusiasm, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Maintain a Guest-First Attitude at all times.
Create an exceptional bar and dining experience.
Greet guests with a warm smile and gracious welcome.
Communicate special requests, allergies, and dietary needs to the kitchen and bar team.
Prepare all beverages accurately, timely, and according to standards.
Memorize and confidently present the full cocktail menu.
Work independently and confidently during solo shifts.
Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, preparing both food and drinks when needed.
Work with the barback to restock and maintain bar inventory.
Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting the bar as needed.
Listen to and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly, positive manner.
Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly; notify management of all issues.
Enthusiastically guide guests through the menu and upsell drinks, sides, and desserts.
Build rapport with guests—get to know them and invite them back.
Complete all daily checklist tasks.
Adhere strictly to cash-handling policies.
Reconcile all charges and cash at the end of shift and prepare drop with manager approval.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Maintain a consistently positive attitude.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Maintain a safe working environment and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Foster positive working relationships with all departments.
Comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Communicate inventory needs to management to ensure the bar remains fully stocked.
High school diploma or GED required.
Required government licenses and certifications.
Washington State Food Worker Card
Basic math skills and prior cash-handling experience.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Work with minimal supervision.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Communicate clearly and effectively.
Follow verbal and written instructions.
Work as part of a team.
Availability to work any day of the week and any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
