Clinical Supervisor
Your Job
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of clinicians while ensuring high-quality, effective services are delivered to children and families. You’ll guide clinical decision-making, provide supervision, and help shape services that promote safety, healing, and long-term success.
Location: Any Pennsylvania Office
Salary: $65-$70k

What You Bring
· Master’s degree in Social Work or related human services field
· Active clinical licensure required per state guidelines
· Experience providing clinical services to children and families
· Strong leadership, supervision, and decision-making skills
· Ability to manage documentation, compliance, and clinical standards
· Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

· Previous experience supervising clinical staff
· Strong knowledge of child welfare, behavioral health, or family-based services
· Experience with treatment planning, utilization review, and medical necessity
· Ability to balance leadership, compliance, and compassionate care

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
