If you enjoy leading complex hospitality operations, empowering others to succeed, and making a lasting impact on both guests and employees, we'd love to meet you.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a complex hospitality operation with multiple departments, business lines, and revenue-generating outlets.
- Direct all financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, labor planning, expense management, and revenue growth initiatives.

- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to implement business strategies and achieve organizational objectives.
- Foster an outstanding guest experience by ensuring exceptional service, quality, and operational excellence throughout the property.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable safety, regulatory, and company standards while promoting a safe, respectful workplace.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance financial results, operational effectiveness, and guest satisfaction.
- Support a positive employee experience through talent development, engagement initiatives, retention efforts, and employee housing oversight, where applicable.
- Lead operational enhancements and organizational change initiatives that strengthen overall business performance.
Our Requirements Include:
- Seven or more years of progressive leadership experience within hospitality, resorts, restaurants, or other multi-unit operations.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume operations with multiple revenue streams and diverse business functions.
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience improving profitability, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams while building a culture of engagement and accountability.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning and day-to-day operational execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience overseeing staffing, scheduling, labor management, and operational performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
