Position Overview
14 West is seeking a highly organized, team-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Wausau, WI. This role is responsible for the successful intake, tracking, storage, and deployment of company and customer assets, while ensuring operational excellence across inventory management and tradeshow logistics.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all warehouse-related activities and will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee the successful inbound and outbound movement of company and customer assets.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for both company-owned and customer-owned materials.
- Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Ensure proper organization, labeling, storage, and handling of warehouse inventory.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Tradeshow & Event Support
- Coordinate and execute warehouse preparation for tradeshows and events.
- Set up and organize tradeshow floors, displays, equipment, and supporting materials.
- Prepare, pack, ship, and receive event materials and assets.
- Assist with logistics coordination and scheduling for events and warehouse operations.
Operations & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all warehouse-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, customers, and event partners.
- Partner closely with the Director of Operations to support operational goals and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows, organization, and efficiency.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations management experience preferred.
- Experience managing customer and company inventory systems.
- Ability to coordinate and support tradeshow/event logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour
