Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education working with children ages 2 to 5 years old. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. The Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students while fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the individual needs of students.
- Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to create an integrated approach to student learning and development
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to learning.
Skills
- Experience working with toddlers or preschoolers
- Experience in lesson planning that accommodates various learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that supports all students' growth and success.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
