Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual Mandarin/English)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate with teams in China.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, and schedule warehouse employees.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Assign workloads, monitor productivity, and ensure operational goals are met.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies, damages, and workflow issues.
- Use WMS, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office/Excel to track warehouse activities.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, transportation, and other teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking teams in China regarding operational priorities and needs.
Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- WMS and RF scanner experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or OSHA safety training is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs."
