As a full-time Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads in your dedicated territory. We are seeking disciplined, confident, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who excel in building relationships with prospective customers while enhancing existing relationships with current accounts.
Key Duties
- Account Management: Manage existing accounts and provide exceptional relationship management to ensure client satisfaction.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the home office to efficiently maintain and grow the customer base.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage CRM tools, MS Office, and other technology systems to support territory success.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Outside Sales and/or Relationship Management roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office suite, and other sales-based systems.
- Coachable, with a strong desire to learn.
- Reliable car, valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Ability to work independently to consistently meet sales targets.
