Hiring: Lube Technician

Pay: $18-$20 flat rate

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Department Hours: 7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm on Saturday, closed on Sunday.
This position is located onsite and reports to the Fixed Operations Director.

What You'll Do
As a Lube Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned observing dealer and factory standards.

Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters.

Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.

Communicat appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison.
What You'll Bring

We prefer 1+ year of previous experience in a shop, quick lube, or dealership environment.

Capable to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, fluid checks, and lubrication.

Attended previously or currently enrolled in a technical school automotive program.

Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.

Must have a genuine desire to grow with us in the automotive industry.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The flat rate earning range for this role is $18-$20 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
