Driver / Counter Sales Support
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30 alternating Saturdays 8 a.m. to noon
Position Overview:
As a Driver / Counter Sales Support team member, you will support our customers and daily operations through a combination of delivery driving, counter sales support, and warehouse responsibilities. This fully in-person position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on environment, working with customers, and being part of a team.
Important Driver Requirements
This role requires:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Ability to pass a federally regulated drug screening, including marijuana testing.
- No CDL required.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks, while following DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
- Deliver products accurately while providing excellent customer service.
- Load, unload, and secure materials for delivery.
- Complete vehicle inspections and maintain delivery records.
Counter Sales Support Responsibilities
- Assist customers and contractors with product selection, orders, pricing, and availability.
- Answer questions in person and over the phone.
- Process sales orders and provide knowledgeable product support.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter.
Warehouse Support Responsibilities:
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory.
- Pull and stage materials for customer pickup and delivery.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Delivery driving, warehouse, customer service, retail, or distribution experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn product information and inventory systems.
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work alternating Saturdays.
Industry experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
