Color Splash Painting is hiring an Outside Sales Estimator in Charleston, SC. This is a full-time, commission-heavy role with first-year on-target earnings of $150,000 or more, and you'll need documented outside or in-home sales experience to be considered. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do, sit down with a homeowner, build real trust, and turn an estimate into a signed painting job.

- You are money-motivated and honest, and you keep drama out of the workday.
- You bring a valid SC driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record.
- You bring full commitment to a structured NEPQ sales process, no winging it.
- You bring the willingness to hunt, canvassing neighborhoods, cold calling, social selling, and sending videos to homeowners.

What You Will Do Each Day:
- Run in-home and on-site consultations with residential and commercial clients.
- Close deals using our proven sales process, and we will train you on it.
- Follow up on leads fast, no lead left cold, and self-generate your own leads to stack higher commissions.
- Build accurate estimates that protect our margins.
- Walk the job scope clearly so production has zero surprises.
- Keep your pipeline clean in PaintScout, CompanyCam, and Monday.com, then hand off signed jobs cleanly to the project team.
