We work as a team in a collaborative warehouse environment to get products labeled, boxed, and ready for shipment to marketplaces like Amazon. Responsibilities
- Team-Based Prep: Work alongside team members to label and box products accurately.
- Data & Labels: Use basic computer skills to print labels and manage product information efficiently.
- Active Workflow: Stay active throughout the shift, moving boxes and keeping the prep process flowing.
- Accuracy: Ensure the correct number of items are prepped for each batch (calculators are always available, but comfort with basic numbers is a plus).
- Consistency: Maintain a steady pace to meet daily goals while ensuring every item is prepped to our high standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using a computer and navigating software quickly (keyboard shortcuts are a plus!).
- Comfort with Numbers: Ability to handle basic counting and simple division/multiplication to ensure accurate batches.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable being on your feet for much of the shift and lifting moderate weight (boxes up to 30-40 lbs).
- Reliability: We value dependable people who show up ready to work and enjoy a consistent, focused routine.
- Team Player: Happy to work closely with others in a shared workspace.
