Location: Livonia, MI
Pay Rate: $15–$17/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 4-day work week | 10-hour days
Shifts Available: Both days and afternoons are available
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Assembler with hands-on experience working with electronic components, soldering, wiring, and circuit board assembly. This is a technical role, not a general assembly environment, and requires strong attention to detail, steady hands, and the ability to work with very small components. Candidates with military electronics or electrical experience are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Solder electronic components onto circuit boards and assemblies.
- Assemble electronic units following work instructions, schematics, or diagrams.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on assembled components.
- Work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining accuracy and precision.
- Handle small electronic parts requiring excellent fine-motor skills and good eyesight.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of electronic assembly experience
- Experience with electrical wiring, soldering, assembly, or circuit board work required.
- Ability to work with very small electronic components.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Good teamwork, communication, and reliability.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a technical or electronics assembly environment.
- Military electronics experience is highly valued.
