We are a growing, quality-driven roofing company looking for a skilled and dependable Roofing Shingler to join our crew. You will be responsible for installing high-quality asphalt shingles and components on residential & commercial roofs, ensuring everything is weather-tight and built to last. Key Responsibilities Installation: Correctly install underlayment, ice and water shield, starter strips, asphalt shingles, and ridge caps to manufacturer specifications. Tear-offs & Prep: Assist with efficient tear-offs down to the wood decking when necessary, inspect for damaged sheathing, and prep the deck for new installation. Flashing & Ventilation: Properly install flashing, pipe boots, and ventilation systems (ridge vents, soffit integration) to ensure airtight protection. Safety: Maintain a clean, safe job site and strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines. Cleanup: Help ensure the homeowner’s property is clear of debris, nails, and old materials at the end of every day. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Must have some experience in residential/ and or, commercial roofing/shingling. Skills: Proficient with roofing hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, compressors, and ladder setup. Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50–80 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably on steep slopes/heights in various weather conditions. Reliability: Dependable transportation to get to the shop or job sites on time. Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
