GreenTree Auto Styling is an award-winning, passion-driven Auto Detailing and Ceramic Coating facility looking to add a full-time Auto Detailer to our growing team. We specialize in premium detailing services with a strong focus on quality, customer experience, and attention to detail. Every vehicle that leaves our shop represents our reputation, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride not only in their workmanship, but also in representing our company with professionalism and integrity.
No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn advanced detailing techniques while working alongside a small team that genuinely cares about producing exceptional results. Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing services on a wide variety of vehicles
- Utilize professional products, tools, and equipment to achieve exceptional results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Work efficiently without compromising GreenTree’s quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth daily workflow
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day
We’re willing to train the right person. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are more important to us than previous detailing experience.
As GreenTree continues to grow, this position may also provide opportunities to learn additional skills and expand into other areas of the automotive appearance industry.
Schedule:
- We accept appointments from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
- Actual working hours may vary slightly depending on the day’s workload
Expected Start Date:
- We are currently accepting applications with the goal of hiring and onboarding our new team member in mid-September 2026
Wage:
- $16.00/hour starting wage during the probationary period
- Performance-based commission after probation, currently averaging approximately $16-$22/hour depending on productivity levels
