1099 Leasing & Property Inspector (Denver Metro)

Location: Denver Metro Area (Local Travel Required)
I am hiring a reliable field contractor to help with property inspections and rental showings across the Denver Metro area.
This is flexible, independent field work—ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their own.
What You’ll Do
- Complete move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections
- Take photos and submit simple condition reports
- Show rental units to prospective tenants
- Communicate findings to the property management team
What You Need
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with camera/data
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments
- Experience helpful in property management, leasing, maintenance, or real estate
