River View Electric is a small, family‑owned electrical company that is growing quickly. We are looking for a motivated Electrician Helper who is ready to learn the electrical trade and support our licensed electricians on residential and commercial projects. No electrical experience is required—just reliability, a positive attitude, and willingness to work hard.
About the Role
As an Electrician Helper, you will assist with basic tasks on job sites, learn foundational electrical skills, and support safe and efficient project completion. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience and long‑term growth in the electrical field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with installation and repair of electrical systems
- Safely use basic hand tools and power tools (training provided)
- Help with both low‑voltage and standard electrical work under supervision
- Support troubleshooting efforts by following direction from experienced electricians
- Maintain safe, clean work areas and follow all safety procedures
- Perform general labor tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No electrical experience needed — entry‑level candidates encouraged
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical jobsite tasks (standing, climbing, bending, etc.)
- Comfortable using tools or willing to learn basic tool use
- Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Must pass a background check and drug screening (post‑offer)
